Baghrir
Also known as Thousand-hole pancakes
Spongy semolina pancake covered in tiny holes.
About Baghrir
A thin semolina batter is cooked on one side only, so countless bubbles burst to leave a surface riddled with holes that drink up honey and butter. They are a Maghrebi teatime and Ramadan favourite.
