Description of Service
WhatWhereVacay is a free travel meta-search platform. We provide tools to compare hotels, flights and bus routes across multiple third-party booking providers. We also offer free travel planning tools including a currency converter, budget calculator, packing list, weather check and timezone converter.
Important: We Are Not a Booking Agent
WhatWhereVacay does not sell flights, hotel rooms, bus tickets or any other travel products. We generate links to third-party booking websites. When you click a link and make a purchase, your transaction is between you and the booking provider. We are not a party to that transaction and have no control over prices, availability, cancellation policies or service quality.

No Guarantees on Prices or Availability
Prices, schedules and availability shown on third-party sites may change at any time. We make no guarantees that the prices or options you see when you click through to a provider will match what was indicated on our Site. Always verify details before booking.
Travel Tools
Our travel tools (currency converter, weather check, budget calculator, etc.) are provided for informational purposes only. Exchange rates are approximate and sourced from open.er-api.com. Weather data comes from the Open-Meteo API. While we strive for accuracy, this information should not be relied upon for financial decisions or safety-critical planning.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl or automatically extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security

- Actions of third-party booking providers
