We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal data, never sell your information and give you full control over your data.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Contact Form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. This data is stored to respond to your enquiry.

Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect payment information - all bookings happen on external provider websites.

- We do not require account registration or passwords.

Automatically Collected Information
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4, tracking ID G-XTW4XFDQB3) to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site and approximate location (country level). You can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
- Cookies and Browser Storage: We use both cookies and browser storage. Cookies in use include: a consent cookie that records your cookie choices so the banner is not shown again; Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_gid) used to measure site usage; and, where you have consented, advertising cookies set by Google and its partners (see "Advertising" below). We additionally use localStorage for preferences such as recent searches, packing list progress and the search counter - that localStorage data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers. Full detail, by category, is in our Cookie Policy.

- Non-personalised ads: if you decline advertising consent, ads may still be shown, but they are based only on the content of the page you are viewing and coarse signals such as approximate location, and are not tailored to your browsing history.
