Jamón Ibérico
📍 Extremadura
Acorn-fed cured ham, sliced wafer-thin and melt-on-the-tongue.
About Jamón Ibérico
From black Iberian pigs that roam oak forests eating acorns, this ham is salt-cured and aged for years until the fat turns nutty and the meat dissolves on the palate. The finest grade, bellota, is among the world's great cured meats.
