About Kulfi
Milk is simmered down for hours until thick and caramel-sweet, flavoured with cardamom, saffron or pistachio, then frozen in cone moulds into a dense, slow-melting treat. Richer and chewier than ice cream, it is the classic Indian summer cooler.
