Tiradito
Thin slices of raw fish in a spicy citrus sauce.
About Tiradito
Raw fish is sliced thin like sashimi and bathed in a citrus-and-chilli sauce, a dish born of the Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei kitchen. Unlike ceviche, it is sliced rather than cubed and served at once.
