Beggar's Chicken
Whole chicken baked sealed in clay and lotus leaf.
About Beggar's Chicken
A marinated whole chicken is wrapped in lotus leaves, encased in clay and slow-baked so it steams in its own juices until meltingly tender. Legend says a beggar invented it to cook a stolen bird.
