Maqluba
Layered rice and meat pot flipped upside down to serve.
About Maqluba
Rice, fried vegetables and chicken or lamb are layered in a pot, simmered together, then dramatically inverted onto a platter so the dish arrives upside down. Its name literally means flipped over.
